Αυτός που σάρωσε ήταν ο Bruno Μars, ο οποίος έφυγε με έξι βραβεία, μεταξύ άλλων Grammy για το καλύτερο άλμπουμ και το τραγούδι της χρονιάς.
O Kendrick Lamar με 5 βραβεία στις κατηγορίες rap, αφήνοντας απογοητευμένο τον Jay - Ζ, ο οποίος αν και υποψήφιος σε 8 κατηγορίες δεν κέρδισε σε καμία.
O Ed Sheeran αν και δεν παρευρέθηκε φέτος στη λαμπερή βραδιά κέρδισε δύο βραβεία (best pop solo performance για το "Shape of You" και Best Pop Vocal Album για το "Divide").
